PicPop is a mobile party game for playing with people you know. You agree to use the app and website lawfully, respectfully, and only in ways that do not harm other people.

You are responsible for the photos and content you choose to add to a game. Do not add content that is illegal, private, harmful, non-consensual, or intended to embarrass someone outside the spirit of friendly play.

Only play with groups where everyone understands that selected photos may appear during the round.

Downloads may be provided through third-party app stores. Those stores can have their own terms, policies, availability rules, and device requirements.

We work to keep PicPop useful and available, but the website or app may change, pause, or stop working from time to time.

PicPop branding, website content, app design, and related materials belong to PicPop or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them.

PicPop is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PicPop is not responsible for indirect losses, group disputes, or issues caused by content players choose to share.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of PicPop after an update means you accept the updated terms.
